Special note:
First attempt at hanging with two girth bands on. Failure. Using only one girth band.
Slept through most usable minutes of the day. Will attempt a second night run to count one of them as a run for today then the other to start tomorrow.
Session Notes
1. I edged 15 minutes. Stayer was used for this. Additionally, 10 minutes of clamping prior to hanging was performed.

**2. I strapped into the hangar using 12HG of pressure before disengaging the gauge. During this time the girth band was not removed and I hung while wearing it Then, I selected 8.75lbs for today’s weight. No bundling was performed.
Additionally, at the 30 minute mark I got bored again and added more weight. Moved from 8.75lbs to 10lbs just like when I went from 5lbs to 7.5lbs in a couple sessions.
Session was 60 minutes. Hour count and session count still match. When I start taking 90 minute sessions that’s going to start throwing off the hour count but oh well.
3. After removing the hangar I performed a 10 double clamping session with girth bands attached. Much like the previous session, also linked.
4. After performing stretching exercises used (2) of my 1.25” girth bands as a stayer for about 6 hours. Went out and chilled for a bit before removing them at home.
5. Routine is completed.
Hours total: 19 hours under hanging tension.
Other Notes
1. Used some text visual stimulation to perform this PE. But only of sexting I’ve done in the past, nothing artificial.
2. Day 3 Ending. As Technically, night runs BEFORE midnight are still the same day.
3. I’m up to using 2 girth bands and double clamping for my sessions. I’m loving it. I do think I’ll work towards a 3rd band and clamp. But maybe after my recovery time.
4. I got bored at 8.75lbs just like I did with 7.5lbs last session. So, now I’m at 10lbs and I like it.
Morning/Evening After Notes
After 6 hours, the skin sweated beneath the base band as it had been worn for the extra 90 minutes of the session and pre hang time. Tissue retraction was as much as my normal flaccid max of 6”NBPF so I was happy with it towards that. As it was originally 7”NBPF.
Need to try 3rd band for this purpose.
