Vacuum Hanging 2019: thoughtfulgold

I am hanging straight down using a kneeling chair. That apparatus for straight out didn’t pan out.

In theory there is some different stress patterns for all positions but with my extender and hangar time over the years 90% was always straight down as it was and still is simplest to do.

I’ve recently started to hang for a few hours a day with low weights < 1kg using the same vacuum cup which I use with my extender. The difference is that I’m standing at my stand-desk and so it goes straight down, compared to straight-out with my extender. It feels completely different and so I’m wondering about the effectiveness of each.

LG Hangar 17: Through the cold/Day run

Special note:

Missed a night session. Extreme cold makes PE not appetizing as it is negative temperature outside and my house is drafty. But I do want to stick with this so Day run it is.

Session Notes

1. I edged 10-20 minutes. Stayer was used. Additionally, 10 minutes of clamping prior to hanging was performed. Girth band was used as clamping cushion during clamping. LG Hangar 16 Uncensored: Pointing out how closely molded the glans is to the cylinder

**2. I strapped into the hangar using 12HG of pressure before disengaging the gauge. During this time the girth band was not removed and I hung while wearing it Then, I selected 7.5lbs for today’s weight and the weight hung without being turned or bundled today. I primed the cylinder twice. It was really snug. I suspect the mixture of the girth band and 12HG created a spectacular seal.

Session was 40 minutes. Counted as a half hour. Will add one half hour on night run. I had to use the bathroom so the session had to be cut short. The session was going wonderfully.

3. After removing the hangar I performed a 10 minute clamping session with girth band attached.

4. After performing stretching exercises used my 1.25” girth band as a stayer for about 2 hours.

5. Routine is completed

Other Notes

1. The depth of the chamber is just enough. I like filling it completely, as I like outgrowing equipment. It is a hard signification of progress that you just have to love but I’m still eager for my next cylinder.

2. Day 2, only two day runs to my credit currently. Hopefully I get tonight’s night run in.

3. It’s so cold I had to stop and grab socks to wear while hanging.

4. Theory behind wearing the girthband through the session is that any stretch I get should be caught and held by the band. I won’t have to attach it post session for the secondary clamp and the 2 hour stayer time either.

BUT my understanding of the design does say it isn’t for much weight. It produces tension in the 4200 gram range. So going to 10lbs or more which hangars always do would be outside of design spec and you would need an actual hangar.

Started August 2018: BPEL/MEG 5.7" x 5" - Now: 6.1" x 5.25" BEG: 6.25"

Goal: BPEL/MEG 8.5" x 6.5"

LG Hangar 18: First run at 8.75lbs/Night

Special note:

I find the girth band easier to use and more attractive to use for hanging sessions.

Session was 90 minutes. Session count is now again equal to hour count. Also increased weight to 8.75lbs

Session Notes

1. I edged 40-50 minutes. Stayer was used for half of this. Additionally, 10 minutes of clamping prior to hanging was performed. Girth band was used as clamping cushion during clamping. LG Hangar 16 Uncensored: Pointing out how closely molded the glans is to the cylinder

**2. I strapped into the hangar using 12HG of pressure before disengaging the gauge. During this time the girth band was not removed and I hung while wearing it Then, I selected 8.75lbs for today’s weight. No bundling was performed.

Session was 90 minutes. Hour count and session count match, again.

3. After removing the hangar I performed a 10 minute edging session, without clamping, with girth band attached.

4. After performing stretching exercises used my 1.25” girth band as a stayer for about 2 hours.

1. Used visual stimulation to perform this PE. Need to get back off of this but I haven’t had sex this week and my drive is pushing me to old habits. I’ll fight my way out but I’ll also keep with my hanging regiment.

2. Day 3 Starting. As Technically, night runs are after midnight so they’re the first run of the day.

3. It’s so cold I had to stop and grab socks to wear while hanging. This happened again. Drafty house is drafty.

4. I just felt no challenge or fatigue at 7.5lbs anymore. Regardless of my plans, I have to follow my body and I don’t want to just waste time. Though I doubt I’ll make it to 10lbs by Tuesday. The warmth in the shaft with this new weight addition is letting itself be felt. So won’t be any way to rush it. I’ll run it as is and hopefully after my recovery not be too far down and able to get back to it shortly.

LG Hangar 19: Double Night Run?

Special note:

First attempt at hanging with two girth bands on. Failure. Using only one girth band.

Slept through most usable minutes of the day. Will attempt a second night run to count one of them as a run for today then the other to start tomorrow.

Session Notes

1. I edged 15 minutes. Stayer was used for this. Additionally, 10 minutes of clamping prior to hanging was performed.

**2. I strapped into the hangar using 12HG of pressure before disengaging the gauge. During this time the girth band was not removed and I hung while wearing it Then, I selected 8.75lbs for today’s weight. No bundling was performed.

Additionally, at the 30 minute mark I got bored again and added more weight. Moved from 8.75lbs to 10lbs just like when I went from 5lbs to 7.5lbs in a couple sessions.

Session was 60 minutes. Hour count and session count still match. When I start taking 90 minute sessions that’s going to start throwing off the hour count but oh well.

3. After removing the hangar I performed a 10 double clamping session with girth bands attached. Much like the previous session, also linked.

4. After performing stretching exercises used (2) of my 1.25” girth bands as a stayer for about 6 hours. Went out and chilled for a bit before removing them at home.

5. Routine is completed.

Hours total: 19 hours under hanging tension.

Other Notes

1. Used some text visual stimulation to perform this PE. But only of sexting I’ve done in the past, nothing artificial.

2. Day 3 Ending. As Technically, night runs BEFORE midnight are still the same day.

3. I’m up to using 2 girth bands and double clamping for my sessions. I’m loving it. I do think I’ll work towards a 3rd band and clamp. But maybe after my recovery time.

4. I got bored at 8.75lbs just like I did with 7.5lbs last session. So, now I’m at 10lbs and I like it.

Morning/Evening After Notes

After 6 hours, the skin sweated beneath the base band as it had been worn for the extra 90 minutes of the session and pre hang time. Tissue retraction was as much as my normal flaccid max of 6”NBPF so I was happy with it towards that. As it was originally 7”NBPF.

Need to try 3rd band for this purpose.

LG Hangar 20: Double Day Run

Last night I didn’t do a Night Run to start today. So I’m going to try my damndest to find time for two day runs to get my regular night run in. Catch up is hard but CAN be done.

Session Notes

1. I edged 35 minutes. Stayer was used for this. Additionally, 10 minutes of DOUBLE clamping prior to hanging was performed.

I used 2 Clamps and two Girth bands during the prehang clamping session. Pictures here: LG Hangar 19 Uncensored: Doubling down.

**2. I strapped into the hangar using 12HG of pressure before disengaging the gauge. During this time the girth band was not removed and I hung while wearing it Then, I selected 10lbs for today’s weight. No bundling was performed.

Session was 40 minutes. I HAD to use the bathroom. Will make second day run 80 minutes to keep session count right.

3. After removing the hangar I performed a 10 double clamping session with girth bands attached.

4. After performing stretching exercises used (2) of my 1.25” girth bands as a stayer for about 4 hours. Went out and chilled for a bit before removing them at home.

5. Routine is completed.

Hours total: 19 hours and 40 minutes under hanging tension.

Other Notes

1. Used some text visual stimulation to perform this PE. But only of sexting done live today.

2. Day 4 Starting.

3. Just had to use the bathroom. Will double back on this soon.

4. As soon as I can afford a new cylinder, I will size up. Me and Marlon did come to a size idea that should work for a good while for me in my hanging endeavors.

LG Hangar 21: Missed a session but have to cope

Special note:

This is a night run that closes out a day instead of starting one. Could upset my entire schematic. But the fact that I’m still pushing for 2/24 hours under hanging tension is all that matters. It gets a little messy and time gets missed but I will keep at it.

Session Notes

1. I edged 35 minutes. Stayer was note used for this. Additionally, 11 minutes of DOUBLE clamping prior to hanging was performed.

This session, even though I had some foreshaft edema from intense double clamping, had a very solid seal.

Session was 80+ minutes. This is to make up for the abbreviated session earlier today and to take me to a clean 21 hours on tension count.

3. After removing the hangar I performed a 10 double clamping session with girth bands attached.

4. After performing stretching exercises used (2) of my 1.25” girth bands as a stayer for about 4 hours. Went out and chilled for a bit before one at the 2 hour mark then the other when I got home.

5. Routine is completed.

Hours total: 21 hours under hanging tension.

Other Notes

1. Used some foreign visual stimulation. Need to keep it tightly dialed back. Part of my own psychosis is when I save things on my computer and there’s no porn saved on my new or old laptops so drawing hard limits is a way I may stave off old habits.

2. Day 4 Ending. Session length has equalized hour count again.

3. I feel confident hanging is starting to do its work. The PI of “feeling longer” is happening when I’m edging now. So I’m super stoked about that. No gains to show yet. I’m going to put the ruler away and start running blind from session 21 to session 40 and start the check-ins at gaps. Maybe even longer than session 40 honestly.

4. I am eagerly learning a lot about hanging. I have tried a lot of new things and soon will fix this chair to make bundling an option once I settle in on my weight. Which I feel will be the 11.25 or 12.5 pound range. I won’t get there until after my surgery recovery but this feels good to plan so I’ll go with that.

5. Additionally, every tingle isn’t a glans blister. And I do feel I probably will need to get one to know that tingle from the rest. Which is going to suck but I don’t like being paranoid and ending sessions with no real reason. So, I’m going to end up writing about a glans blister and pics will exist of said blister when it happens. Hasn’t happened yet and it’s been over 20 hours but…hey, I’ve had worse. So I’m willing to hang tough when it does happen.

Have you considered the device lg hanger sells on their site for hanging angles?

Finally, this is an awesome thread. So pumped to work my way toward this style of PE by year-end TG.

Yes. A huge wooden under desk pair of pulleys set for straight out. The apparatus in theory works but it’s just too big for the room it is in.

Your usage of hardcore PE from the start definitely lends itself towards hanging but I worry your progression is just too fast, that hanging weights would be easier to overdo tension as you are very zealous in your training. But hanging is probably some of the best calculabe time you can spend.

I am gung ho, but also a very meticulous person who reads alot and is coachable - ie, tomorrow my extender routine will be revised per your feedback and Bucks.

This thread will be an excellent guide in my hanging journey.

I will start slower, because you’re more experienced, and follow a similar progression path.

For those of you who may have heard me mention surgery in the future it is coming up soon. I don’t know how long my recovery will be but I will have to take at least a few days off to be myself again.

I am stoked to continue my hanging regiment but I’ve got to attend to Medical affairs. So this is an intermission at 21 hours.

No gains to speak of yet.

I’ve checked and nothing outside of the normal fluctuations. It’s all still within the margin of error. Though I may be cementing 6.3” MSEG. That’s all.

Hanging at this level of physical conditioning is probably not gonna show gains until hour 40 when I’m at my fatigue weight range.
