Hey this is my first post. Hopefully I follow all the rules. But I started PE about 2 months ago and just want feedback about my routine. I’m mostly looking for girth but will stick to JP90 for now and see what that does. My second month routine is:
Stretch for 5 min in hot shower
Then use bathmate x30 at 2 pumps 5 min
I jelq at different erection levels for 15 min
Finish with a 10 minute edging session
I have seen a good increase in EQ, and frequency of them. I now abstain from porn and masturbation too often to keep myself “fresh”. I do however struggle with my view on my size after measuring. I am 6.75 BPEL and only 4.5 girth down the whole shaft. My first 6 month goal is 7x5, and want as much help as possible. But I am careful about overdoing. I got all the time in the world, but I only get one penis. Ty for reading.
