Advice on my current routine

So my current routine is:
Manual stretching in 9 directions - 1 min holds and I do this twice so 9x1minx2
Jelq for 15 min non-stop
Uli #3 the same way uli described it in his routine.

And I do this twice a day at morning and before bed, two days on, one day off.

I just finished my second week doing this routine and I am definitely seeing that my flaccid length and girth is changing for better even in semi-erect my penis feels longer and girthier. Its just my erections are not as hard as before.

So I wanna ask vets, how this routine sounds to you and should I change something?

How long have you done PE? If you just started, I would start only with the newbie routine if I were you. The ULI is quite intensive and that could maybe the cause of not having as hard penis as before.

I have started PE 2-3 months before, had stretching injury so I had to stop. Then I restarted doing jelq only for 3 weeks and two weeks ago I started this routine. I think my penis is conditioned enough for uli, also I experienced girth gains for first time after adding uli to my routine.

The routine itself looks fine. But if your erections are not as strong as before you may doing a bit too much. Try doing your routine once a day for a week or so and see if that improves your EQ.
