After newbie routine
Hey folks,
Lets say, I’ve done the newbie routine for some months( by the way, how many months do you recommend?), and am ready to “change” the routine.
Could someone give me tips for an advanced exercise plan? I don’t want to work with devices, and only want to spend up to 45 (more or less) minutes per day.
Next question is about “cementing”, how is it done?
I am Non bone pressed 6 inches long and my ultimate goal is 7 inches.
