After newbie routine

Hey folks,

Lets say, I’ve done the newbie routine for some months( by the way, how many months do you recommend?), and am ready to “change” the routine.

Could someone give me tips for an advanced exercise plan? I don’t want to work with devices, and only want to spend up to 45 (more or less) minutes per day.

Next question is about “cementing”, how is it done?

I am Non bone pressed 6 inches long and my ultimate goal is 7 inches.

I havent started the newbie routine yet, just have some weeks of experience in jelqing but without a real routine. I didn’t do it correctly so no wonder that I didn’t measure any gains

But I’m gonna try PE for lets say 3 months and if I get no gains (at least around 1 cm more or less, just to see that there are significant GAINS) in this time, I’m going to give it up. I won’t lose 1 hour a day just to get one inch in 2-3 years.

My measurements are 13cmX12cm

My goal is 18cmX15cm

I am following the beginner routine about 20 days, and also intend to do like you, follow for about 5 months and if you do not see results I will stop doing PE.

But suppose I see little results I will continue, better to gain 2 inc in 2-3 years than to gain nothing and live the rest of life with a small stick.

We are young and still have time to enjoy and fuck some pussy.

6 months is the ideal, 4 months minimum. Should be enough time to pick up the technique and get some conditioning, newbie gains may come but it’s not guaranteed.

I think it’s better for you to focus on the present. You don’t know how your penis will behave and is too soon to develop an routine for the future. Right now you can’t tell the necessity either to increase duration, intensity or experiment another exercises.

So far I’ve had great results so far with PE newbie routine(knock on wood, no injuries). I feel once I hit a plateau I’ll start to just do 2-3 times a week of my usual routine. I see plenty of people doing insane routines I.e. Hanging and wrapping and all this other stuff. With the results I’m getting I don’t want to push my luck all that stuff seems kind of dangerous and over kill but I’ve only been at this a couple months so what do I know. I feel my success has been wholly contributed thus far to a post I read some where on here that heat can be someones key to big gains or no gains. So I started heating my wash rag multiple times(hot water from the tap) for 10 minutes prior to and after my routine. I’m not too worried about girth and I’ve had a couple occasions of a sharp shooting pain after a bad wet jelq and I just stopped immediately and gave myself a couple days of rest and eased into my next workout. After 3 weeks I moved into 10-15 min stretching and stayed at 10m jelq sessions. The biggest thing I’m loving is my flaccid length. Yeah I’ve gained about an inch while erect but since starting I’ve really enjoyed the shower vs grower dynamic. My flaccid length used to annoy the hell out of me when in swim trunks or gym shorts. So to answer your question I feel sticking with the newbie routine and picking which ever amount of time for what you want girth or length and pick one. Don’t over work your doodle, I’m looking at it from a gym stand point in that you fatigue a muscle and keep working it you’re bound to injure yourself. Stay healthy fellows!

And what about the “cementing” ? I’m very confused about this term and how to do it.

And last question : if I am able to gain some good lengh, can it be that I lose girth?

Keep doing the Newbie Routine, but add one of the new exercises to it.
Do the new exercise alongside the Newbie Routine for 3 weeks, then stop doing that new exercise, go back to the list, and choose a different exercise to do with the Newbie Routine for the next 3 weeks.
Keep the Newbie Routine as the foundation of your exercises, but every 3 weeks swap to a different ‘extra exercise’.


I applied this method and the gains continued.
