All day semi-clamping

Anyone here use a device to keep a semi all the time in between PE sessions? Is that a good idea?


Starting size:

Length - 6.5

Girth - 5

From what I’ve read, they recommend you only clamp around 5 mins. I’m guessing the only way to keep a semi all day is to trap the blood into the shaft, thus cutting off circulation, which would not be good for all day. Take a look at the wrapping video. Maybe wrap it near the base as if you were going to hang but a little tighter but not completely cutting off the blood flow?

Cock ring. I wouldn’t advise using anything tighter. Besides erection levels depend on your state of mind and anything else wouldn’t work unless it cuts off blood circulation completely - a very bad thing.

Yeah that’s what I meant, something loose enough to keep the circulation going but tight enough to keep a semi for a long time.because many here suggested that not letting the penis heal while retracted is the best way to grow, but those all day long stretches described in the videos just seem annoying and will get in the way of my daily life.so I was looking for a better alternative.

The all day stretches are not that bad, I just started this week and are wearing them around 4-5 hours per day, with breaks every now and then. A coworker is concerned about my going to the bathroom alot though. :)

I doubt it. It’s only good for making your dick numb.

It works like this. You do a jelq session or a pumping session. Then you put a cock ring or theraband on to keep a good flaccid hang for a while if you want to go outside and sport a good bulge. All it does is it helps retain lymph and some blood in your cock longer.

Common sense tells me that for real growth/recovery you need good inflow of fresh blood in your member. This doesn’t quite happen when you are restricting blood flow.

well so does ADS. in fact its worse…when i tried it once my dick felt numb as fuck after just an hour, I can’t imagine having to do it

So should i just stop worrying about that retraction effect? is it not as important of a factor as i think for hindering growth? (yeah thats the real reason for this thread, I’m looking for an encouragement to just forget about any PE related shit outside of the actual sessions , but I’m also worried about its effect on my potional growth)

I find if I do it right with the ther-p, I keep good color and temp in my unit, and it gets pretty girthy.

When I go to pump or have sex, I start out bigger than usual with no lymph.

Its a little tricky to find the right constriction amount.

You want tight enough to increase the venous backpressure…causing a greater than normal retention of blood in the corpora cavernosum, and corpus spongiosum (erectile tissue), without slowing it so much that you get oxygen depletion.

I figure if its warm and pink, your ok…although I think cool and pink is still safe

When I do that and combine it with the RIGHT amount of pumping and jelqing or hanging…I get my best gains.

For me…its getting the RIGHT amount that is tricky.

I might add that if I over did the other pe, I really get very little expansion even if I leave the thera-p on all day.

For example today, I was using a PE wt ( monty’s) at the base, the thera-p in the middle and another pe wt at the glans…like a pe wt sandwich with the thera p in the middle.

When I use this properly, I get a mild ADS plus girth expansion from the thera-p.

Lately though, I have made some girth gains again…so the base pe wt acted like a cock ring.

Well, I started getting hard, which caused the base to be constricted tightly which then caused me to get a huge hard on (like I was clamping).

I let it go for a few minutes…then I slid the wt off. But the expansion was intense enough that I have had some mild contraction all day.

I have been wearing the thera p since then, but I have really gotten very little expansion today. I believe it is because I am getting a contraction reaction to what for all intents and purposes was a clamping session this morning.
