Alright just a few Questions

1. I’m not ‘endouwed’ in any way. Right now I stand at 4inch length, and 4.3inch width. What exercises would work best for my situation, yet enable me to gain the 3-4 Inches that I want.
2. Once I start PE, and get to where I want to be at, do I have to keep doing it to keep that size, or will it go down over time.

Tonight I did it for the first time, following the Newbie Tutorial, the video and all, and it really didn’t seem to do anything. If anything, it got hard, yet did not erect itself.

Please help!

Be patient! Stick with the newbie routine for a minimum of 3 months. You have to condition yourself and teach your penis the difference between exercising and masturbating.

You will more than likely wish to continue exercising past the point of meeting your goals, maybe not as frequently, but you are getting the cart before the horse here. Get your gains first, then worry about maintaining them.

I don’t know the scientific names for things, But if you will, the core, inside my penis was hard, not the outside. And even now after doing the stretching, warmup, and jelq, I feel no difference.

Thanks for the clarification. I’m going to have to defer to one of the guys for this. I do sorta understand what you are saying, but I’m not sure of what advice to give you.

Usually my replying here gets immediate attention from the rest of the fellas, so someone should be along who might be able to address your question better than I can.

Look my friend, this is a one year commitment MINIMUM, in my opinion.

Read, read and read some more. Start in the newbie section.

Think in terms of growing an Oak tree…from a seed. How long do you think that will take?

Do you think it can be rushed?

Get it in you head now (if your really serious) that this will take time and knowledge.

If you start with that mind set, you will do well.

Your trying to increase the size of something on your body that doesn’t normally get bigger past a certain age, it can be done, its done all the time, but it doesn’t happen accidentally.

If you put some time in everyday, learning and asking questions, you will find that there are plenty of guys here that know a thing or two that will be willing to help you…if you show the desire to help yourself.

So to answer your question…rarely does anyone see a change the first time.

Each of these techniques require some expertise, even jelquing is rarely done properly right away.

You need to LEARN the right terms, so you can communicate with us and understand the articles.

You will need to practice and observe your reactions to what you are doing.

You need to engage your brain in this if you ever hope to succeed.

This is your first step, be patient and you will do fine.
