I know this sounds amazing and I’m not one to tell fibs, as I don’t care for that myself, however I could be wrong, but when I measured I pushed my ruler back to the pubic bone. My understanding is that’s where you have to start with.
As far as methodology goes, I try and follow the routine, with warm ups and then I use the training videos, as I’m doing the stretches and jelqing routines. One thing, I did do different is use a moist wet washcloth and then I placed on my heating pad, as the wash cloth would lose its heat. I did this for approx 10 min or so. Then, I started with stretches.
The other different things, that I’ve been doing is that I started a basic supplement program a few weeks ago, which I have enhanced to include some things, I wasn’t taking initially such as Maca and L-Arginine. The L-Arginine doesn’t taste good at all, but a lot of folks use it. I could list some of the other supplements and will if anybody’s interested. I did purchase a product called Erectivin VI and that has just about all of the recommended PE supplements that are prevalent, plus some other things like calcium etc. I take these twice a day and also along with the Maca and Ginkgo Biloba. So, possibly the effects of the supplement program are starting to take hold.
Lastly the other things that I have been doing, is that about my first week on the PE program, I added an extender, similar to the Jes Extender and was using it a lot, but had some slippage problems with it, so I kind of tapered off on my usage of this, although I still use it from time to time. I’ve read though in some other forums that sometimes the penis can get beat up kind of bad by the extenders. The most recent device that I use is the Autoxleeve and I was sort of skeptical about it, however I wanted to retrain my penis to prevent turtling as much as possible and so that is how, I got on to the Autoxleeve. It is easy to use for the most part, but at first I had some bathroom issues to work out which I did already. I wear the xleeve most all of the time, as I’m trying to keep conditioning as much as possible.
Some have said that I shouldn’t be starting out like this and that’s probably true for some, but everyone should know what they can or cannot do with their bodies etc, so it gets down to an individual matter a lot of times. So, thats about it, nothing really extraordinary. In conclusion, I might say that for awhile “Junior” appeared to be in rebellion, but I think he’s getting with the program now.
