Hey guys, 

I have been using the ESL40 leg strap for almost a month (avg of about 13-15hrs a day) and about a week ago I added about 1-1.5hrs of hanging 10lbs (usually in the evening) using the grip vac system. I had head that if I hang in the evening and go to be shortly after, it could lead to scar tissue and gains hard to come or even retraction. Does anyone have feedback on this? 

Also, I have ordered the hanging cup from ESL and will rig a bungee to increase the constant lbs of pulled force on my penis to about 7-9lbs from the standard 2-4lbs and up the weight I’m hanging to 12.5lbs. I will also start hanging about 30min in the morning and currently trying find a way hang at lunch in my vehicle for about 30-45min.

As I’m 5.75 NBPEL I want to reach 6.5 NBPEL by Oct and take the pmma plunge. Am I on the right track? Any feedback would be greatly appreciated.

You are going too hard, too fast for far too long. Honestly. I don’t know how you decided these were the best moves to make, you could seriously injure yourself in the long-term.

Also, PMMA is toxic and side effects can lead to lumpy penis or other unpleasant aesthetic or function problems.

I appreciate your feedback. I am making sure I am not doing anything that is causing pain but I am trying to be as aggressive as I can/need to be to get the results I want.

I am interested in hearing feedback on pmma that has lead to negative side effects. All I have seen are positive outcomes with the occasional aesthetic touch up needed. Even guys who didn’t have the perfect aesthetic outcome were still happy they had it done. But as I said, I would like to look at all the information since this is very important.

10lbs after ADS with less than one month of experience is kinda crazy. I did a similar super intensive routine like that when I started and now I have battle scars.

If I don’t up the hanging weight and just increase the ADS tension, do you think would that keep me on track to hit/come close to my Oct goal? I keep hearing that hours upon hours makes for the best results, how do I get comfortable with the ESL40 on overnight?

All of what you are proposing is dangerous. All of it. We can’t advise you to do things that we would not do or haven’t tried.

Trying to hit a goal by a certain date also never works. It’s an insane amount of work you’re attempting.

What’s with the influx of young, aggressive, thick headed guys lately? Seems like they all want to rip their dicks off! Or maybe middle age is turning me into a grumpy, get off my lawn type?!

You are on the right track! The track to potientially injure yourself beyond repair. Back way off! How about doing some manual work to get conditioned?

I would just say from reading a lot on here and my short experience that it’s probably good to have long-term goals in mind, but not goals that you have a date set for. So, for example, setting a goal of 6.5 NBPEL is good, but setting for a certain month is bad. Who knows when you will have small injuries and who knows at what rate you grow, or what routines or devices even work for you. There seems to be a pretty big variety in terms of how people gain, what they do, how long it takes, etc. In 10 weeks of working very hard, I’ve already taken off probably 14 days that I didn’t intend to or more, because of discoloration here or there. Who knows how long it will take to reach your goals, I wouldn’t try to set a date that you are ‘rushing’ for.

I’m new too so take what I’m saying with a grain of salt. I have an absurd threshold for pain; I broke my back in the gym years ago and didn’t even realize it for a few weeks. I did a bunch of damage that I could have avoided pushing through in the gym and walking around like that. You need to be careful you don’t do the same with your unit.

Holy shit man. I’m no expert but everything you’re saying you’re doing sounds dangerous given your experience.

It started around Xmas time. It’s like Santa Claus was really generous this year with toys, and all the kiddies wanted to try them all out at once.
