Another newbie appears!
I’ve been lurking around here for a while, and I thought I might as well jump in with both feet now and start contributing to this place in some way. (And yes, I was - and still am - a little apprehensive about writing this first post, but please bear with me…)
I’d like to hear your views on some questions I have:
1. I’ve been PEing for about a month or so now. My routine consists of 5/10 minutes’ hot towel warm-up (depending on how much warmth my penis needs to feel relaxed enough to start exercising), then 5 minutes’ manual stretching, 200 jelqing strokes, and 5/10 minutes’ hot towel warm-down to end. (I had started out a month ago with 100 jelqing strokes, but increased it recently for a more intense workout.) Is this a good routine to be doing at this point in time?
2. In the month I have been PEing, I have not noticed any gains. Is it wise not to think about gaining yet? Some people here have had gains within a month of starting - should I have expected the same?
3. When I first began manual stretching, I felt a deep stretch coming from below the base of my penis, which I assumed to be my ligaments stretching. (Is this correct?) Anyway, nowadays, I do not feel that deep stretch. Should I be feeling it by now, or is there a point by which you can expect your ligaments not to stretch any more? Can stretching increase your length even if your ligaments aren’t being stretched any more?
4. I have not been blessed with a large member (otherwise, let’s face it, I wouldn’t be here), but I have adapted the jelqing technique to something that appears to suit me (and thus, I think would appeal to less well-endowed guys) more. I’m only 4.5” NBPEL (5” BPEL) and 5” EG, and I have taken to what I currently like to call “One-Handed” jelqing. I do this by gripping the base of my penis lightly with one hand, and then jelqing normally with the other. I do 100 strokes this way before switching hands and completing the other 100 strokes with the other hand. I feel this adaptation allows me to get nearer to the base of my penis, because I usually can’t go very near there due to my length. My questions here are: is this a good technique? And do you think it will work as well, in the long run, as normal jelqing?
Apologies for the large amount of questions here, but I felt as if it would be better to get all my questions out here in one go, rather than waiting and risking forgetting what I was going to ask.
This is a really great community of people, by the way, and I feel proud to be here. As I said before, I’m still a little nervous about being here, but I’m sure it will pass in time.
