Hello guys,

Because of my job, I have to sit down at my desk in my house for long time every day.

I am thinking about how to use this time to do some PE exercises.

I wonder if you guys have tried any devices or things like while seated?

The stuff I know does not require a ton of hand work is

Rod based traction device better known as an Extender like X4 Labs or similar.

An ADS or All-Day Stretcher like the Phallosan.

Electronic pump devices. They can be set and used without much hassle. I game at my pc wearing mine.

Other things need more attention to be safe or need regular manipulation with your hands to continue to work.

You can also hang. Depending on the device you might need to remove every 20 minutes and do a little bit of stimulation for a minute or so.
