Hello. I apply constant heat for about 2 hour a day from my TDP lamp while my ADS is on. My question is, is this too much heat? Has anyone experimented with applying constant heat like this? If so, what was your experience?
It depends on the temperature.
Your sperm count will diminish if you do that. Nothing permanent but it will happen.

It will be too much If you feel any disconfort (excessive temperatures) or skin irritation (burns).
My experience is with spacer heater for about 50 minutes during my PE sessions (3 times a week). I used to stay too close to the heat source and my skin, at the end of the session, become really red (closer to the lamps, higher the temperature).
All solved with one step backwards.
