Hi, I’m an 18 y.o male with an erect penis of about 4.75”.

What kind of gains can I expect to make? Can someone give me a place to start??

Gains are up to you and how hard you work. It seems to me that guys who start out very short usually make the fastest gains.

START OUT SLOWLY AND BUILD UP TO YOUR SELECTED EXERCISES! You need to condition the guy to avoid injury. He doesn’t know what going through the big head yet :D

I think Clawhammer is right. Start with the quick start guide and collected wisdom threads, those are good starting points.

Gains are up to you. Set small realistic short term goals and two long term goals (one for length and one for girth). Start slow to build your member up and STAY WITH YOUR PROGRAM. Be disciplined and persistent enough to do it on your scheduled days. And take rest days. These are very important for growth.

I’ve been at it for two months now and have gained an inch in length and .75 inches in girth. IT WORKS!!!! As many of the guys on this site will tell you, it works for those who stay with it.

I just looked at the database, and Yguy got his length from 4.5" to 8"??? WTF???

I told you wouldn’t believe me. So you found it for yourself which is good, but now you know how to find stuff on your own which is excellent.
