Busy Building a big dick with AM 2.

After about a month of Jelqing, with proper warmup, I developed bruising/darker areas on the underside of the shaft, on the half closer to the glans.

I have tried lighter jelqing, the bruising comes back quickly.

I have stopped for about a month and it has lightened up a bit, but not completely.

Any idea what’s I am doing wrong?

Any idea what’s I am doing wrong?

Decreased Length

I have done on/off PE in last 8 years but when I was beginning I noticed some length gains maybe a cm or two. The downside apart from the fact it was time-consuming was my increased length decreased at some point so I left PE ( I was only doing jelqs, erect jelqs). So I decided to do an extender routine but I wanted to jelq at least for 3-4 months before buying an extender. I tried jelqs again because I noticed gains and I read warnings here about erect jelqs.

My routine was this:

One minute towel wrap

Three 30 second stretches

Jelqing for a minute (3 sets)

Warm down

I thought of increasing intensity slowly I put aside my ruler to check the results after 4 weeks but just was curious and measured using a broken ruler. My NBPEL is 16cm but that day I found it 15.5 and I didn’t mind much but after a week I measured and it was 14.5 cm so I have just dropped PE for now . I was doing PE only in shower I would use a soap as lubricant and only non erect jelqs. I haven’t lost hope yet what was the mistake I did here? Should I jump to an extender or give jelqing an another try?

Question Regarding Penis EXercise

Advice to grow length and girth

Hi, I start my routine warm up with sock 5 mins then start lubricate with oil and get erection 50-70 % then start jelqing for 20 mins but not sure how hard the grip should be and then put hair band at the base of the penis to hold blood with full erection for 5- 10 mins end with warm down with sock.

Other days I start with warm up as before then use penis pump for 15 mins also not sure how much to pump as there is no gauge on it, after that I do some stretches and end with warm down.

Ok this is my routine but I found next day I have no erection and penis shrinks and feel penis cold:

It seems it’s exhausted ??

I am trying to get results anyone please help

2. Some manual stretches for low hangers?

What is the relationship with with exercising and masturbation? I am new here, and somewhere I had read that it is bad for the gain, but I can’t even use the hot wrap without me getting hard so I have to whack it. Age 25 horny as fuck all the time.

I have made my best gains while masturbating at least four times a day. I dont think it makes any difference.
