What erect state is best to measure your penis? From a scale of 80% (able to have sex) to 100% the maximum possible erect state without kegeling to 100+%, max erect state plus kegeling blood in? Every erect state has different measurements, and theoretically, you should have growth in all if you are gaining, but I want to find a “standard” to measure the other states against? Right now I am measure the max possible erect state, essentially, I make my penis as big as possible (with kegeling/edging).

Any thoughts?

They say dat the average girth is 4.7-5 inch but they don´t say were this is measured (base or mid shaft), do you guys know?

I was 5.2 meg and 5.5 beg at my last measurement a month ago

Clamping and hanging are supposed to be less risky and they give better gains than pumping. (2nd hand info). I’m considering re-buying an air-clamp from monty and a doorframe hanger so I can test out my theory of dynamic stretching. (Re: dynamic pumping)

You should be at max erection (realistically what you put as 100%) for measuring. It is the only state that you can accurately replicate every time. If you prefer to measure while kegeling, that is OK too, as long as you are in the same state every time you measure.

I think you would do more damage pumping to max paint threshold versus clamping, but I’ve never pumped - I mean, why would you?

Free testosterone.

From what I have read on the internet it seems what really matters is your free testosterone levels . If I am saying it properly free testosterone is what is available for use by the body for development of muscle and other functions . Total testosterone level is testosterone that is already bound up and really not available . I don’t know the big fancy words or cant repeat them off of memory but after 9 yrs of injections this is my current understanding. So even if your total testosterone levels are in the normal range you still could have all of the symptoms of low testosterone if your free testosterone levels are low , that is the level you need to know most importantly in my opinion. . I have recently noticed after my 2nd shot in 3wks that my penis is responding remarkable to PE and to be fair also after a 25 day break . Prior to my break even with very little PE and not having a T-shot since september of 2013 my penis was not very responsive at all to the exercises even if only done twice a week or improving in erection quality . So here is my question how is your penis responding to PE if your testosterone levels are low? And what are your free testosterone levels?

What does the BC muscle need to stay healthy and strong besides exercises?
