Answering any question about penile texture/density/firmness and the reasons for it needs a lot of background information. What sort of PE is being done? Has PE suddenly been increased recently, or has there been a single longer or more intense session? How long has the person had harder texture? Does it come and go or is it constant? Does it happen after every session/only sometimes? Does it go away with rest? etc.
Diagnosing over the web is not very practical, and unless something is really causing a problem which isn’t going away, it’s not worth trying. Most guys penises go through various experiences early on in their practice of PE, but they are just temporary and they help teach guys how their penis reacts to certain things.
The simple rule is if you are worried, leave your penis alone for a week. That sorts out the vast majority of worrisome problems. If it doesn’t, knowing how the penis changed over a week of being left alone gives some indication of how it is likely to respond to further rest.
