This is my second month into PE and I have experienced significant improvement, but with the side-effect of more smegma being produced under my glans. I wash daily when I bathe and before sex. Has anybody else faced the same?

Is there a descriptor term for stretches where one starts out at a low level of tension then gradually increases the tension at timed intervals?

Are you thinking about stress relaxation , sounds like that process , Rootsnatty has a really good thread about that subject.

It might be that your working your unit to hard. after your routine it should hang and feel fuller and thicker and sometimes longer. Which fades after some rest goes back to its normal size , but over time gets , bigger.

Does anyone know if it’s better to pump with warm water or cold in bathmate?

I have read some people saying that it’s actually better with cold water, how can this be?

Warmth is always better for active PE in any form. It relaxes the tissue.

When I hang my glans gets really really purple. I hang for 3 sets of 20 minutes with 10lbs of weight. As soon as loosen the hanger and wrapping my glans regain its color. I was looking at the hanging video and it said that if the color turns dark the session must be ended immediately. Should I be concerned about my purple glans?

How do your glans feel during the session? I mean to do feel like all the weight of the hanger is on your glans? If so, it’s probably that you didn’t expel the blood from the glans well enough and that your hanger is maybe too loose.

If you don’t feel like that and your glans recover pretty quickly you may be OK but it’s worth asking yourself whether this is normal or whether you manage some sessions a lot better than others.

Hanging does restrict the blood, which is why a 20 minute max session is so important and why you need the break between sets.
