Well my thought was from 12-20 years of age most men beat , hammer , stroke , jack , grind and just about mentally fuck every thing . And it is when you have the greatest amount of growth, so in my opinion none of this should hinder gains. Now as a PEer , EQ is the new growth standard.

I tried searching for an answer to my question for a while, haven’t really found anything, so I’ll ask here.

I have found the custom made lenght routine that some user shared (Firegoat? I’m awful at remembering stuff.. Need some stretches for that too.) which consists of manual stretches. I’m started that routine some days ago, three days on, one off, two on, one off. I have done only three sessions so far, because I got ill. Anyway, straight to the point now. The first session was okay, but I’ve been feeling soreness in my pubis while stretching the next two sessions. The soreness is above the base of my penis, so I’d say it’s the ligaments.

I feel the sore, almost mild pain feeling mostly on the left side and the center of my pubis, so that’s a bit odd.

So if anyone knows what does that mean and what should I do, please answer, because I could use some extra inches.. Like ten or so :P

If you are getting sore you are perhaps not following what the routine says about stretching force (minimum needed to reach maximum length).

Soreness either means you stretched for too long, or too hard.

Sometimes when you are concentrating on ‘feel’ you can stretch harder than you think you are stretching, because the stretch is so gradual.

Feeling slight soreness isn’t a problem (you have days off scheduled so you should avoid any damage) and you can still stretch with mild soreness, but of it feels more than slightly sore, take a couple of extra days off.

I think fowfer is a decent warm up. Ten minutes of fowfer makes it very soft and pliable.

Going off subject, in the BDSM/MS community, the relationships rely entirely on trust of another individual. Which to me is very interesting, no they are not about control or violence. I have read and reread several posts which mention that length gains are more difficult when one has a rather thick penis. My girth mid-shaft is over 6 1/2 inches with a base girth just over 7 inches. My length is now just a millimeter or two over 8.9 inches. Could this explain why I find it difficult to gain additional length? Also are there suggestions as to how to stimulate additional length. I would like to attain a length of 9 inches. I am not interested in additional girth as I am very confident about that measurement of my unit. I realize that I probably should be happy with my length also, but I would like to be a solid 9 inches.

Open to suggestions. I do mainly manual stretches and sleep with my unit tucked between my legs. I also do Kegels and reverse Kegels while stretching towards my neck. My unit easily stretches beyond my navel.
