Avoiding bruising from stretches

Avoiding bruising from stretches

Hey guys. I guess this is my introduction since I’ve just been a lurker for the past month or so. My question is, when I do manual stretches I always get some discomfort in the glans. I always have the right grip, right in between the circumsision scar and the glans. Last night when I turned my penis to the side I noticed I had slight bruising on the sides of the glans. Nothin serious but still, anyone have any tips on avoiding this bruising and discomfort? It really gets in the way of my stretching. By the way I’m pretty average, 6 x 4 1/4.

Fisrt of all welcome GainsWanted. This is a sight with excellent advice, so make sure you read a lot.

Next, this is personal to me. I do a lot of manual stretching. It is what I prefer and seem to get better results from it, not to mention the time it takes to do it with weights. What I do is grab about midways of my noodle and make sure that I pull some of the skin over the glans while steching. I used to grab just behind the glands, but like you, would bruise or be sore. Hope this helps.
