Ball Stretches
It occurred to me today while doing my routine that my balls hug too tight to my shaft. I feel like I’m losing visible length due to them. While I was jelqing, I would push the sack back so that I could grip at the base of my shaft.
What are everyones favorite methods, and opinions on most effective methods?
I would prefer manual stretches, because I’m not sure if I could wear a weight throughout the day. I have a very active lifestyle.
