Ball Stretches

It occurred to me today while doing my routine that my balls hug too tight to my shaft. I feel like I’m losing visible length due to them. While I was jelqing, I would push the sack back so that I could grip at the base of my shaft.

What are everyones favorite methods, and opinions on most effective methods?

I would prefer manual stretches, because I’m not sure if I could wear a weight throughout the day. I have a very active lifestyle.

I use the same pump I do for my penis, on my balls. It’s quite effective.

Well, I do have a bathmate somewhere. I could give that a shot. Just wanted to try and stick with stretches so I could just do it with my regular routine.

I really would advise AGAINST using a Bathmate on your balls. Get a proper cylinder with a gauge.

The ball ringer method is what gave me the best results for low-hangers, especially with the brilliant Sock “Tuck” Trick.

I was just reading about that sock tube trick. Can you tell me more about how it helped?

Hey guys im semi-new so i dont know as much as you guys but the whole idea sounds incredibly dangerous… My balls hang low to begin with so its not something im concerned with but i would be way too scared to but my balls in a vaccums… i wanna have kids and also the testosterone production…. is this really safe?

It’s been done for a long time. I’m not concerned with having any kids

Yeah, I do not like the idea of a vac on my testicles haha. I was actually considering that tube sock method.


Starting Stats - BPFSL: 13cm, BPEL: 13.5cm

Current Stats - BPFSL: 15.4cm, BPEL: 14.6cm

All stats are pre warmup. Starting Stats taken on 8/20, restarted with those same stats 2/21 due to lack of dedication.

Ball stretching will lengthen your balls, and also make them bugger and the surrounding tissues. You have to take it slowly and gently but if you do, you will have good results.

This practice has been followed by the Shaolin monks in ancient China. It is called Qi Gong

I’ve just been stretching the sack in between sets for about 30 secs and it seems to be working.

I had reasonably good results with a silicone stretcher. They’re cheap [like $10] and available on Amazon or any sex store/site. They basically just squeeze above the nards, pushing them down and pulling the scrotum tight.
It really felt like it was stretching the turkey neck when worn with my extender.
I eventually broke it [they’re not really made for longevity] and haven’t bought another.

I’d like to try one of those metal ring weights at some point.

I play with magnetic ball stretcher weights of varying heights. They snap on magnetically so they’re easily removed and they come short to super tall.

I keep it simple, wear it a few hours a day when I can alone. After 5 hours I feel I’ve done enough so I’ll take them off as long as I have met that goal.

Then: 6.25" x 4.37" in 8/2009 Are you new to PE? Here's some advice I wish someone had given me when I first started.

My Extender and forward to 10" and balls enhancement project. There is no "Holy Grail" of Penis Enlargement. Only time and effort works. I'm *10* years in and counting. All you have to do is put the work in and keep the faith.

I’ve not seen these before. Great find. I’ve pumped my balls for a long time, that said what weight to you recommend I start with?

I started with the 42mm height with no experience. It’s the main thing in my ball stretcher thread at current.

It was a bit daunting but is slightly heavier than the 16oz standard a lot of weights are (I think my 42mm is 23oz). In your case, may be a great fit to start with. The 65mm is just too damn tall to work with for me and probably too heavy as a starter weight for anyone who isn’t into weights.

Additionally, you can start out lower and simply buy another and stack them. So…you can pick a tactic.
