Indeed, I also fell for the bathmate marketing but reading extensively on this forum probably prevented a lot of potential damage before I got started.
The $67 setup is much cheaper and when you feel the pull of even small vacuum - 3-5mmhg - it can be pretty surprising vs. The who knows what pull of the bathmate. The thought that you might be pulling 15mmhg without knowing is extremely risky to a very important body part.
I’m starting slow after doing the newbie routine for the proscribed time, doing water pumping (I know.. I know. Blasted newbies never listen) - incremental pump 3mmhg, hot water 5 min, 4mmhg hot water 5 min, 5mmhg hot water 5 min, 5mmhg ice water. Massaging coconut oil in for a minute or so post pump. Trying to keep the variables low in order to see the impact of one thing at a time. Any injury, significant edema or pain brings a stop for at least 24 hours (so far, no issues). Doing 5 days on, 2 days off. Gave up porn and fap years ago, the Mrs really helps in that regard. I have no lack thanks to her.
My goals are not so much length, but I’ll take it, girth is a big target to benefit the Mrs. And help with some ED issues for me. I am doing stealth PE, want to see if the Mrs. Notices without prompting, so I don’t have much private time to spend on an elaborate routine. Working my way up to gprent’s 30 minute incremental pump routine. The pump has already positively impacted morning wood, glans sensitivity and overall EQ.
