I PE regularly for at least 3 months.
Warm up, stretch, Jelka, and almost always warm up after training.
Use very, very, very Jelka lubricant. And miutes talc (Johnson and Johnson) in the stretch.
After training I apply Johnson’s baby oil.
Of course, after some training, my dick gets some red dots on the head / glans but disappear after a few hours.
Warm after a workout helps a lot to strip them.
Jelks when the stick is too hard conducted forcefully make them come.
