Beginner-friendly girth focused routine?

Hello, everyone.

I hope you’re all doing well. I want to start doing PE exercises. Current dimensions are:
BPEL: 13.80 CM
MSEG: 12 CM
Head: 14 CM!!

I’ve measured this over and over again because I couldn’t believe that I get such numbers which are higher than what I thought. Because, it feels really small. So, that’s why I would like to focus more on the girth. But rationally speaking, it’s not so bad, just too slim and head is way bigger than shaft. I’ve done my research and read that newbie routine is the best, safest option which will help identify what works for you or what adds girth. But I’d still like to learn some tips, tricks from veterans here. Articles, videos, personal experiences, thoughts are welcome too. Help me!

I have no sexual life, so, I want to improve it and my confidence too.
