Looking good! I think what you have written sounds like a good newbie routine, but you can find more information on the specific newbie routine recommended here if you read the “advice“ thread on your homepage. Wishing you safe, study, and good gains.

Yea, but who said your penis got maximal size? It might grow naturally. Just saying, i don’t try to dissuade or something.

I just remember when i was teen and already got my full height/weight, i once checked my penis size. Sadly i don’t remember exactly, but I’m pretty sure i cheated a bit with pushing ruler in pubic fat and under penis to get 7 inch mark. I said to girls i had that, but inside i knew that’s not exactly true. I guess most of men do that, or at least teens. But when i was measuring before PE, i already had significantly bigger size and if i did something like measuring under penis then would get easily 8-9 inches or even more depending on impudence. But sadly, as i said i don’t remember clearly how exactly i got that number and how much i gained from that time or if i did at all.

It is always recommended to start with a beginners routine (doesn’t have to be the JP) and continue with it for 90 days or until you stop gaining. Start slowly and build up to the full routine over a few weeks.

Jelq with an erection level between 40 and 70%. Do not grip too tight, just enough to feel blood moving up the shaft. When stretching, grab your shaft about one inch below the glans and do not pull too hard, just enough to to feel a slight stretch. Let your PIs be your guide as to how hard to pursue your routine.

Dont forget to take good starting measurements and photos so you have a solid base to compare your gains to.
