Beginner - Stretch-Only Routine

I’ve been off this forum for a while, but recently got back into it. Great to see this community still active and supportive as it was years back.
Starting up again, I’ve decided that I may hold off on jelqing and focus exclusively on manual stretches. I’m starting at a 6.5” BPEL and around 5.3 MEG. I’m not too unhappy with the girth (and will add this later), but right now wanted to focus exclusively on stretching and get to 7” BPEL. Also because I don’t quite have the time for jelqing yet.
My question really is this, I’ve been doing a fairly light routine these past 2 weeks:
- Hot Shower
- 10 mins manual stretching (BTC, up, down, side, straight out)
- 50 kegels (5-second hold)
Is it fine to do this routine every day? I’ve been doing Mon, Tues = On, Wed = Off, Thurs, Fri = On, Sat, Sun = Off
But now I’m considering just doing it every day. Should I stick to 10 mins or increase to 15 mins? My main concern is to ensure I’m not over-training anything. Currently my EQ is fantastic and libido is super high, so I know the current routine does not allow for over-training in any way.
Starting Stats - BPEL 6.5", MEG 5.2"
[Accomplished] Short-Term Goal - BPEL 7.5", MEG 5.2"
Final Goal - BPEL 8", MEG 5.5"
