Hi,

Okay first let me just explain what I’m working with at the minuet and what I want to archive. My erect length is 6.2 inches and erect girth is 4.5 mid shaft.

I feel that I have a really thin penis. Almost to the point where I’m embarrassed.

I want to again around an inch in both senses making my aim to be 7 inches length and 5.5 girth.

I’m really concerned about my girth so I want to concentrate on that more.

I am a week in to PE and I have been doing some stretches, rotations and jelqs in the shower ever morning.

I just wanted to know the best (fastest) way of improving girth. Best exercises etc.

I am going to start some mild clamping tonight.

Can anyone tell me how long to took yourselves to gain some result in girth from past experiences?

Listen man, I am in this PE business for 8 months and have 0.1 gains in girth so according to me it will take you 7 years.

But it may take you 2 years or just one if you don’t overtrain, monitor your PI´s, keep a log, take breaks when needed, eat healthy, take supplements, do fowfers, don’t obsess with size, be patient, and I think the best exercise for girth is clamping witch you could start after at least 3 months of successful jelqs and off-course when you start clamping you should leave 2 days between clamping sessions and do jelqs or something else in those 2 days of break, then work to 1 on 1 off.

There isn’t any way to achieve fast gains in PE, sorry. If you started one week ago, just do the newbie routine, don’t rush things and don’t overtrain - this would be the biggest mistake.

The only thing that you could add right now is some light pumping, IMHO, to give your penis a temporarily bigger appearance.

You’re a week in, keep doing the newbie routine.

Nothing like clamping for the first 6 months unless you want to break your penis, which will be a far worse situation.


Start (Initially August 2008, Properly November/December 2008): 6.9x4.9

Currently (September 2010): 8.5x5.75 (6.25 inch head girth)

Marinera is giving you really good advice. The newbie routine will give you both length & girth too. It’s the best path to get some basic gains, conditioning, and experience all at once. Keep studying PE for the 2 months you’re doing the routine & by the end of the 2 months you’ll probably have a better idea of what you should do.

Your mindset is very wrong. PE is not about the “best” exercise for “fastest” gains. You will often hear people on this forum say that PE is not a sprint, but a marathon.

Clamping after 1 week of PE will lead to either of these 2 things, probably both: reaching plateau prematurely and injuring yourself.

Stick to the newbie routine for at least 3 months, then consider pumping, light manual clamping or something along those lines.

Don’t even think about real clamping without at least 6 months of conditioning. Any penis is better than a non-functioning one.

0.25 inch is my lenght gain. It´s ok.

Two years from now you will look back and say, “yeah, I`m and inch bigger now”.

And you have to ask whether the investment was worth the time.

No fast gains in PE. Even slower gains in girth. The good news is that PE does work. Also, sometimes people find that they can get relatively quick length gains. Good luck!

First things first. What’s your damn hurry? Does you dick have an an expiration date of September 27, 2010?

I didn’t think so - you are planning to have your dick for a long time. So take the time to enlarge it.

As others have said:

There is no such thing as FAST GAINS in PE. Especially with girth.

Those who attempt FAST GAINS are risking injury.

To repeat the tired but true phrases:

PE is a marathon, not a sprint.

Slow and steady wins the race.

If you rush into this you could wreck your cock for life. Listen to the advice of others on here. There are no quick fixes man. Stick with the light stuff for now . You might be pleasantly surprised . However don’t go thinking your going to gain really quickly, as it won’t happen. If you break your cock though you will have forever to regret it. It’s no joke fella. Good luck .

As everyone before said, don’t rush into things. If you start clamping right away you may injure yourself and if you are lucky enough that you don’t you will just toughen up your tunica and limit your potential gains. In other words an early plateau. Girth gains are slow.if you gained 1 inch girth over 2 years that would be phenomenal. I’m about 15 months in and probably gained .25 inches mid. So I guess at that rate I would gain 1 inch over 6 years. My PE gets disrupted due to lack of privacy so I’m sure if I was more consistent it would take less time.

Good luck on gains though.
