Best ways to improve erection
Hello gentlemen, I would like to ask the more experienced members about which exercise and techniques have been found effective to improve erection quality.
My question is directed to those who started PE with an already very weak erection (due to old age, chronic disease, and/or heavy lifelong “partying”) from the beginning and regained the hardness and performance ability through the techniques.
I know that certain exercises are known by hearsay to be effective, but I would like to hear from people who actually went through the weak erection / impotence precondition and definitely cured the problem mainly through exercises and techniques ( and possibly in conjunction with other non pharmaceutical means such as diet and herbs).
