Buying my first penis pump.

Hi,

New to PE. I am curious about penis pumps.

I am currently 17.8cm BPEL (7in) and between 14 and 15cm girth (5.51 to 5.9in), both depending on arousal.

Using a cockring, I tend to lose BPEL and go down to 16.5cm/17 max but my girth is 6in easy.

Natural limit achieved already?

My goal is to use the pump daily to manage a slight continuous gain.

Should it cement is a bonus. But I would like the result to be kept at least 24 hours since I will use it continuously.

The goal is a consistent erect girth of 5.9inches or maybe 6 max.

As for BPEL, keeping it as is, is enough for me.
A slight edge is a welcome bonus though but not much (18.5cm/7.3in is the maximum I am going for).

I want to keep the possibility to literally pound women, so too much of a tool is not the goal.

I don’t want to take a bath everyday either. I don’t like baths. Showers are fine. But don’t expect it to be any longer than 3 min.

So, given my goals, is a pump the good device or not? I can only give my D 15 min/day. Not more.

Thanks

From what its sound its will fit you well since you mostly want girth and a little bit of length.

And I didn’t understand the bath part ?

If you speak about water pump [mostly bathmate] most of the forum will recommend you to buy normal vacuum pump with a gauge since you have more control over the pressure.

So you won’t need a bath anyway.

Thanks,

I though that with water pumps, one would need to have the device under water. Apparently misinformed.

So I should buy a random air pump with a gauge and start from here, right?

Well I’m pretty new myself and I didn’t had any experience with water pump.

But yes most of the peoples around will tell you to go with air pump with gauge.

Since you live in France I recommend you buy from Thickwall and select their Starter Kit:

https://thickwa ll.co.uk/shop/p … s/starter-kits/

Also I would recommend that you use our cylinder sizing chart, not theirs, for selecting your cylinder size:

Selecting Your Cylinder Size

The primary goal of PE should be to make your penis as healthy as possible in both form and function. If you do that, increased size will follow.

Good info here,

I will check that out.
Measurements (and pictures if the journey works) are on their way.

Just remember that you cannot post pics of your penis in the public section. ( the forums on top of the list). You will have to make another thread in the «members only» forum, which you will find if you click on the Thunders Place logo on top, and scroll almost to the bottom, where you’ll find the Members only forum, and the thread « progress with pictures». Good luck with your journey.

A mod can move this thread into the proper location if you decide you want to post pics in it.

Initial: 7” BPEL; 6” NBPEL; 5.25” - 5.5” MEG

Current: 7.75” BPEL; 7.25” NBPEL; 8.5” BPFSL; 6.5” MEG; 6”x5” Flaccid.

Goal: Improved/consistent EQ while managing ED. Secondary: maintain current stats.

Ok thanks!

Just bought it this morning, should be here next week.

If it works I will follow your instructions for the new topic.
If it doesn’t, well, fun is cheap!

Ok, so 2 days so far in the journey.

I bought a 7cm (2.75”) wide and 22cm (8.6”) height tube.

I fill the base girth wise up to 6cm-7cm. So far so good.

Length in the tube: 7” with a much bigger shaft overall.

I did 10 min the first day 5minx2 with a massage in between.

Today 5x3. But my maximum pressure according to my gauge is 300mm Hg. I won’t go higher since I don’t feel like it. It made me remember that I have a very very mild phimosis that may hinder my experience.

Pressure and depression are made very slowly.

The good thing being that with the augmentation, the skin has already expanded sufficiently. Maybe in one month it will be something of the past.

The max pressure is 760mm Hg on this pump.

Did other people experience the same thing?

Edit:

I do the exercise twice a day.

Concerning the phimosis, it may be because my glans is not usually that big and my skin is not used to it yet. Just thinking.

We generally recommend to stay at a vac level of -5inHg or less, which is -126mmHg. Pumping at higher vac level can cause issues like petechie (“red dots”) and fluid blisters. Please be very cautious if you continue to pump at -300mmHg (-11.8inHg).

Your gauge measures to -760mmHg (-30inHg) which is 0 pressure, also known as absolute zero, the vacuum of deepest outer space.

Wow, thank you ! I was right then, I did it wrong. I will do as advised now 🤕

Please find the reading on the gauge when not used.
It reads around -150 mm Hg.

So we can consider it is the starting pressure. I feel very comfortable up to -250 mm Hg.

Is there an issue with my gauge, given the environmental/natural pressure?

How can I go -126? Thanks

Your gauge is not working properly. It may have been dropped, causing it to not return to zero. If you think the gauge is working properly other than the arm needing to be re set to zero, then you just work with -150 as “zero”.

If you want the vac level at -126, then your gauge would read -276 (150+126=276).
