Can any guide me to a simple length routine?
Hello all, I’m satisfied with my girth but simply want more length. I have an extender very similar to the Quick Extender Pro, and nothing else. Is this enough to see solid gains in terms of length or do I need more? I’m willing to add jelqing into my routine, but I have no idea on how much of each would be appropriate weekly.
Been a long time lurker on these forums and got the extender in July. I have noticed harder erections already, and there may have been slight gains but nothing super noticeable since I have not officially measured with a ruler. I’m like 6.2-6.3 without bone press and want to reach 7.0 at least. Initially I was wearing it for like 4-6 hours a day in the mornings, but as school started again I’ve been inconsistent and probably get 2 hours every couple days which I know won’t cut it. I can find time to wear it due to quarantine, but haven’t been managing my school work well which led to a messed up sleep schedule.
Can anyone PLEASE direct me to a recommended routine for someone that is willing to both stretch during the day, and jelq before bed (How many hours for stretching/Reps for jelqing)?
