Can I have some help with my new routine
Alright, I have been doing the newbie routine for about a month and a half, and it’s going fantastic. I get very hard erections now, and have went from 3.5 FL to 4 FL, and while I haven’t measured my erect penis yet, it looks longer and fuller. I really think if any of you have sons you should get them involved, I have been recovering very well, no bruising, and I have no skin issues and can sometimes do PE three days in a row if I feel good, being only 18 and having very elastic skin/tendons/veins.
Well, I decided it’s time to build my own routine for the next 12 week cycle. Here is what I was thinking of, and what I tried out yesterday. It worked great, but I wanted to know what you guys thought.
-Exercise down Tuesday, ,Thursday, Friday, Saturday. I will change the days if you guys think it is too much or too less.
-Start with a 5-7.5 minute warm up (Putting a washcloth in extremely hot water and putting it in a plastic bag.)
-Do 2 sets of the manual stretches, 60 seconds both sets.
-165 OK grip jelqs, 35 C-grip jelqs (I get the best workout out of the C-grips, I really like them.)
-Turn on a hot shower, have my penis in the water for about 2.5 minutes.
-100-150 Wet jelqs.
-Another 2 sets of manual stretches, 60 seconds both sets.
-Add 5 kegels each day, starting at 70.
-On Tuesday, Thursday and on Saturday,do the thing where you pull your penis flaccid in between your thigh and your buttocks and sit on it for 30-60 minutes.
