Can I start with just a cockring & no exercises?
I know this sounds lazy, but I am trying to ease into absorbing the information here and not become overwhelmed.
I also know the best way to do anything is to just do it, but I am also experimenting and pacing myself.
Will a cock-ring have any beneficial growth effect, however minimal, without doing the manual routines? I am still confused by all the terms and mechanics of PE.
