Can PE Be Used for ED

I am new to this so bear with me guys. I have porn induced ED, I recently stopped viewing porn to better my relationship with my girl, but now my penis is Flatlined, I don’t like taking pills they don’t agree with me. So I started looking into other remedies which lead me to pumps, this is where I found this site. I have read tones of articles and need some advise, bottom line is will PE help me with my ED?

PS- also I am uncircumcised will this affect anything that is recommended.

It can help with your ED. Just stay off porn. If you need to stay hard, use nudes of your girl or video of you two going at it.

Don’t use any type of visual aids for your ed. I waited until I could get erections before I restarted pe. I had porn induced ed for about 5 years not knowing the cause. After 3 to 4 months of no porn everything was great. You have to train your brain not to have to look at something to get aroused. I recovered fully and I only use imagination to jelq. Do not use any visual aids even women with clothes on. It will delay the recovery process.

Like TG said, I believe pumping helps ED a bit because it opens up your blood vessels, stretching them a bit and helping them work better. Another idea is get some exercise; if you do cardio regularly, your heart will work better, and you’ll be better in bed.

Sex is also something that uses your brain a lot. Change positions. Act out your fantasies. Get a new toy. Flirt more. Talk dirty to each other during sex. Focus more on how good she feels, and worry less about how hard you might get. Stop masturbating; save it for her.

Thank you, thoughtfulgold and Rahman810, once I regain my erections and my brain is rewired per say, and use PE, or pumping, will me not being circumsized be an issue in any way? I have read of the foreskin forming a “donut”. Or it strecher and looks more pronounced. Or it tears?

I agree with Rahman. Porn is absolutely detrimental to good erections and satisfaction with your own woman. Very few women look like porn models. Even fewer act like them in bed. Porn sets you up for failure in the bedroom and can cause rifts between you and partners.

Being uncircumcised has zero effects on PE or the tools used unless you hang with weights. If anything foreskin allows you to Jelq better and masterbate without lube. Pumps are great for ED and are especially useful when combined with a properly fitted cock ring.

Many sites that sell cock rings have a size chart that will help you determine the best fit. You can use either type but I prefer the one that slips over my penis and testicles. I suggest getting both and see what works for you.

Just to add on to what Tiger said in the first paragraph I saw some kind of interview during my journey to becoming porn free where pornstars or hookers (can’t remember exactly which one but the girls were super hot!) explained how they knew which guys watched too much porn because no matter what the girl did for him he just couldn’t get it up to perform. The girls were pornstar hot so it wasn’t because they didn’t look good enough it was just the guys were so used to seeing other people have sex on a computer screen that they didn’t know how to get off in real life.

Pumping should be a great option but I am not too informed on that though. Foreskin is not a problem either but I am circumcised.
