Hey all,

I am getting back into PE. I’d like to hit my goals below. Can you recommend a few programs I should try?

My Goal - 7in length x 6 in girth.
Currently - 6.25 Length x 5.25 girth

I am an intermediate, I have significant PE experience, started at 5in length about 10 years ago. I have experience jelqing, manual stretching, pumping(air and water, I prefer air).

I own an LA Pump and an all-day stretcher.

Initial: 7” BPEL; 6” NBPEL; 5.25” - 5.5” MEG

Current: 7-7/8” BPEL; 7-3/8” NBPEL; 8.5” BPFSL; 6.5” MEG; 6”x5” Flaccid.

Goal: Improved/consistent EQ while managing ED. Secondary: maintain current stats.

I have been pumping with my LA Pump about 5 days a week for the last 4 months. I am pretty well-conditioned.

I will take any Intermediate program recommendations you have.

Require a little investment but the best program actually.

You might need a decon depending on how much pressure you are actually using, but the best option since you are conditioned.

some consideration, I’m consuming ALL thereads about.

I’m literally reading dozen of comments all of threads. my own conclusion is the best approach to 3 types of gains.

1. Fast Gains
2. Secure Gains
3. gains with consistency

I’m going to do and get another 7 person within the programm.

You are right,

That’s an important part too.
Being different individuals involved in the same program, with progress threads, helps a lot for consistency and support…

I see jelqing in the newbie routine but thought that exercise was now regarded as outdated and dangerous?

Major PE subreddits r/ajelqforyou and r/gettingbigger

They’ve made pretty persuasive arguments on the dangers of traditional jelqs and having been injured pretty badly myself doing them, I’m inclined to agree.
