Can you suggest a PE program?
Hey all,
I am getting back into PE. I’d like to hit my goals below. Can you recommend a few programs I should try?
My Goal - 7in length x 6 in girth.
Currently - 6.25 Length x 5.25 girth
I am an intermediate, I have significant PE experience, started at 5in length about 10 years ago. I have experience jelqing, manual stretching, pumping(air and water, I prefer air).
I own an LA Pump and an all-day stretcher.
