Can't jelq,will this routine work
After giving the linear routine a crack a months ago I had to stop because of a pain leading from testicle my up into my abdomen. After research I found it to be a very common problem, and in my case it’s caused by jelqing.
So after stopping for months I inevitably feel like giving it a try again.
I have a 7 1/2 bpel, which I would like to improve but I feel like it’s enough a lot of the time, I’m really worried about my girth, which is just 5”.
Taking this into account I thought id try Ulis routine, but OMITTING THE JELQS. Also added in some horse440s, but not really sure how many to do.
What does everyone think of this decision? Will leaving out jelqs defeat the object? And can anyone suggest some other excercises?
It’s worth noting that I did the linear routine (working up to 60jelqs) for 2 weeks, and noticed a massive improvement in flaccid hang, and a bit of EQ although it’s pretty good anyway. With this new routine which I’ve been doing for the same time I havent noticed either of these.
