My routine since 2nd of may has been
Hot wraps 3 mins with 100 jelqs
10 V-Stretch
150 jelqs
25 jelq and hold
Hot wraps 3 mins
With a 1 on 1 off routine
Would it be as effective if I was to split into 3 sections like the following
Morning
Hot Wraps 3 mins with 100 jelqs
10 V-Stretch
Hot Wraps 3 mins
Afternoon
Hot Wraps 3 mins with 100 jelqs
150 jelqs
Hot Wraps 3 mins
Evening
Hot Wraps 3 mins with 100 jelqs
25 jelq and hold
