Choosing PE routine
Hello!
Please give me an advice, I don’t really know, how I need to start my growing journey. I don’t like giving up things, I have long term plans with PE.
- Little backinfo: 26 years old, 7” BPEL x 5.2” MSEG. My goal is in 2019: 7.9” BPEL x 5.6” MSEG. No smoke, no alcohol, healthy foods, (only some columbian dust at party sometimes:) and bodybuilding is my hobby.
I have an X4 Extender, and I am ready to start with JP’s 90 Day Beginner Routine. How would you start?
1. Start with the 90 day beginner manual routine only, and use the extender after.
2. Start with the extender only.
3. Mix them. For example 2day on 1day off with the manual routine and 5 day on 2 day off with the extender 6hours/day.
4. Or anything else?
