Hello!

Please give me an advice, I don’t really know, how I need to start my growing journey. I don’t like giving up things, I have long term plans with PE.
- Little backinfo: 26 years old, 7” BPEL x 5.2” MSEG. My goal is in 2019: 7.9” BPEL x 5.6” MSEG. No smoke, no alcohol, healthy foods, (only some columbian dust at party sometimes:) and bodybuilding is my hobby.

I have an X4 Extender, and I am ready to start with JP’s 90 Day Beginner Routine. How would you start?

1. Start with the 90 day beginner manual routine only, and use the extender after.
2. Start with the extender only.
3. Mix them. For example 2day on 1day off with the manual routine and 5 day on 2 day off with the extender 6hours/day.
4. Or anything else?

Have you done any PE before? If not, put the extender away for 4-6 months. So a manual routine that will condition you for the loans haul.

Most sensible choice to make is the newbie routine. Jumping into equipments could easily halt gains you could’ve by just using manual exercises.

If you’re patient and want the safest start, start with linear newbie routine.


Start 6.8” x 4.7” (4.9" BEG)

Latest 8.2” x 5.1” (5.3" BEG)

I started with an equipment based PE routine and I wish I hadn’t because I gained nothing and had to take a break. I’m back, started the newbie routine and found that its very beneficial to learn how YOUR penis reacts to the stresses of PE. Consistency is key.

Thanks for the advice guys. Then I drop the extender for 3-4 months.

Very good advice.

I believe one of the most important thing in making PE work for YOU, is gaining a deep understanding to how YOUR specific penis reacts to each exercise, intensity, duration, etc.
You have to customize everything to your own personal physiology.

There is no one exercise/routine/technique that works the same for everyone.
The newbie routine gives you the opportunity to learn your own body’s reaction to the most basic techniques.


STARTING: BPEL: 5.9in EG: 5.0in

2018: BPEL: 6.7in EG: 5.3in

NOW (start 1/2024): BPEL: 6.9in. EG: 5.4in

Can I ask you guys, I am a newbie and I do a newbie routine for 2 weeks and now I decided to add also manual stretches to my routine. During these stretches, should I be completely flaccid or mid-erect same as when I do wet jelqs ?

I Would also like to know the answer to this question. Stretches seem to be the biggest gainer but I’m not sure if I’m doing them the most efficiently.

When stretching it’s best to be as flaccid as possible. If you have a hard time with your grip use a piece is paper towel, toilet paper, piece of a teeshirt etc.
