I would like this thread to be taken seriously. For those who are new, who are in it for a while and those who are experienced in clamping or girth gains, let us clear up as much as we can so we can all get the facts straight so nobody has to go through unnecessary PE that gets them nowhere. I want to start by introducing my PE experience so far and what I want to achieve and what I would like for us all to learn. I started in July of last year. Stretching and jelqing were my choice. I eventually went from 5.5” EL to 5.9” but as I had a think to myself I found I wanted girth more so than anything else. I felt it would make my dick look “bigger” if you know what I mean. I gained no girth really from jelqing but then again I did not put the time and effort into it anyway so I don’t have a say there. I didn’t enjoy jelqing and everyone is different. Once I looked into clamping I got excited. Imagine being able to use no effort and let pressure do the work.. I could not get hold of a clamp so I use a sock. I have gained from clamping, not by measurement but by feel because I have not measured. I have been clamping for a short while. What I seek is for the experienced clamper who has gained at least an inch in girth to let us know a few things:
1) Does warming up really help increase gains faster? ( by the way, warming up I know is essential for no injuries however I have never had an injury from not warming up ) so now I ask does not warming up mean you won’t gain?
2) How long should the warm up be? 5 minutes? 20 minutes? I read that 20 minutes is what you should do. So if we warmed up for 20 minutes would that seriously show gains?
3) will warming up give you a bigger appearance when actually in the act of clamping? The most I have warmed up was for about 2 minutes with a washcloth ( putting it under hot water and holding it on my dick and repeating )
4) Is clamping the best girth exercise? I don’t like the idea of jelqing because u and squeezing your dick up to the glans and I imagine it to be counter intuitive.. ( Just my perception ).

Please share your wisdom as the trainer always knows more than the trainee.

I gained girth from pumping. To me is gentler that clamping and not as risky. I have tried clamping several times and all I get from it is terrible EQ. Last time I clamped, I think I may have done some damage.

0) In the future please format your posts into paragraphs; it’s much easier for everyone to read. :)

1) Arguably yes. It loosens up the tissues and makes them more limber. That’s why heated yoga exists. It’s yoga (stretching) in a super heated room (40 degrees +). I’ve tried it and you can instantly stretch further than was previously possible. Not warming up does not mean you won’t gain.

2) 5 minutes should be sufficient. 20 minutes sounds completely excessive to me. Warming up for longer will make no difference to the speed of your gains.

3) It might. As I said in the first point, warming up will make the tissues of your penis more limber/stretchy so they may stretch further from the same force compared to if they were at normal body temperature.

4) Clamping is generally considered the most powerful girth routine. It is also the most dangerous. I don’t mean to be a dick (no pun intended) but your intuition goes against the experience of thousands of seasoned PEers on this forum. It’s true that jelqing may not be for you, everyone is different, but for a vast majority jelqing has proved time and time again to be a fantastic component of PE with many benefits. Not only can it increase the size of your penis but, when performed correctly, it can drastically increase your erection quality (EQ) which will give you a bigger dick anyway. If jelqing is performed correctly it should be a pleasurable experience. Not necessarily a sexual one. It’s like the pleasure you get from a back massage, it’s not sexual (not necessarily), but its still pleasurable.

Having just started with Jelqing a month ago, the physical and psychological benefits are surprising. It is pleasurable, EQ goes up and I’ve started to love my dick more ;-)

What if your EQ is perfect. My EQ seems perfect to me, by EQ increasing are you talking about those who have poor to moderate EQ’s in the first place? I don’t feel clamping is dangerous because I keep monitor of my dick the whole time. I make sure the pressure is good but I am always cautious not to go overboard in any situation. I have also noticed after a clamping session ( 10 minutes ) that the glans look like your fingers when you have them in water for a long time i.e shrivelly. This is a good sign to me as it symbolises that your penis has expanded during the exercise. More input would be great too.

Physiologic Indicators (PIs) to help growth!

Do what you want. But if you haven’t conditioned your penis by following a routine like the newbie routine for at least a few months and also don’t properly warm up I’ll just let you know that statistically you are far more likely to end up hurting yourself with clamping, even if you are as careful as you seem to think you are.
