How erect should I be when I do clamping excercises?

I’ve heard that clamping when hard makes the tissue in your penis shrink (eek)

Stick to the newbie routine for a while. The tissues in your penis are probably not conditioned enough for clamping yet if you’ve just started PE a month ago. So now that I’ve wasted a warning: begin with an erection, once the engorgement is clamped off let it subside. Read the thread Slack linked above from beginning to end before you start.
