What’s the common factor with big girth gainers?

I wonder this because some people gain alot of girth even though their routine is ment for lenght. Also some people seem to get girth really fast…some REALLY slow (even if they aim just for the girth).

It’s not LOT cuz it affects more to the lenght? Maybe it’s just genetics? :(

You know, a lot of it is genetics. Some guys are naturally long, some naturally thick, and some both (bastards). The secret to gaining girth is to do exercises that work on expanding the shaft. Jelqing at erection levels around 80% expands the shaft using pressure from your hands that works your cock from the inside out. You are constantly squeezing more blood in and slowly expanding your cock. There are variations of this movement called horses, uli’s, clamping and others that also pressurize your cock from the inside out to cause expansion.

Pumping, works from the outside in by creating a low pressure atmosphere outside your cock which allows more blood to rush in and fill the expanded spaces.

It seems, that a lot of success is obtained by combining these two different girth methods so that they complement each other. Routines that go pump, jelq, pump, jelq, pump, jelq are very effective.

But this method is also an advanced method, so if you are just starting out, you should begin at the beginning and condition your cock to the rigors of PE by doing manual stretches and jelqing for a couple of months. Starting routines are in the Newbie Forum.

Get a good start to PE, and you will end up with a great finish, girth gains and all.

For me personally the factors I KNOW are responsible for my girth gains have been working at high erection levels with high intensity. 100% erect, and intense, long squeezes.

I think it’s genetics. I have easily gained girth while length has been a bitch.

I’m not sure I’m a big girth gainer (was 4.75” now 5.5”) but I’d be interested in how many are showers, how many are growers. I’m a grower, my flaccid is pathetically small.

How long are your squeezes and how many reps? I have been doing them 100% erect for 10 second holds. Not much success.

Good point mutley! I think most big guys are showers but that’s just a hunch though. I think big growers are as rare as 8x6 naturals. I mean some guys can grow like 4 times longer than their flaccid lenght…that would be something to look at for the girls :D

My squeezes last as close to 30 seconds each as I can make it. I dont just squeeze though, I sqeeze off at the base and pull forward with a very tight grip, like a ‘short jelq’.

I think that family genetics may be a part of it. In my personal history, my dad and one brother were well-endowed (thickness), where myself and my other brother were not.

Now nearly 4 years later and through the success of PE, I’ve gained both length and girth, but in particular, girth (thickness) has been and is much easier for me to make progress in.

Whats up guys. Finally got a chance to post up in here - this forum kicks ass!

I’m like a lot of you guys - just focusing on girth. I’m about 7” erect length x 5” thick, and I have been doing a jelq/uli routine about 3 days a week for the last few months. I have not noticed any gains at all but I am determined to get a thick cock damnit!

From what I’ve read on here, the jelq/pump combo is supposed to work best for girth, so I’m thinking of buying a pump soon. Happy PEing all!
