Considering Changing My Routine
Okay, so long story short, I seem to be making good progress, but I doubt I’m going to hit 9” BPEL by December. It might take another year or two, all I can do is wait and see.
In the meantime though, I’m planning on making a few simple changes to my Routine. Firstly my routine at current is 2 hours of hanging, and an hour of extending done before and after work, with jelqing after both times.
I’m considering adding clamping, but I’m not sure how much time should be spent doing so, or where too begin adding it in. Any tips?
