Considering getting the frenulum removed and possibly becoming cut

Do not get your foreskin removed or altered. In my opinion it is truly insane to do so. You want to amputate thousands of sensual nerves from your penis and change your sexual response forever? To make orgasmic response from fellatio greatly reduced? To severely injure the mechanics of sexual intercourse for you and your woman so that you have to absolutely hammer the poor girl into the bed board to have an ejaculation, while at the same time causing genuine irritation to her vagina? Is that love making?

Whereas I definitely believe that infant circumcision and adult circumcision are quite different procedures, why be the 1 in 25 of adult men that decide to have it done?

The circumcisers are medical frauds in my opinion and I recommend you think long and thoroughly about the truly discredited circumcision procedure. Just check into circumcision rates in European countries that have the highest satisfaction-of-life rating; it is extremely low.

It is mainly just gullible Americans/Canadians, etc who have been tricked into this with reasons that were fabricated under the aegis of medical authority. How can these reasons be true here in the US when they are widely considered false and unsupportable in Europe?

I won’t rant for too long, and I could go on and on about this. Unless one thinks with a creative, renaissance-type of thinking you won’t even scratch the surface of what infant circumcision is connected to. Word.

Circumcision: Just Don’t Do It.

I was circumcised as an infant. When I reached my 40s I had much reduction in sensitivity. That is when I decided to do something about restoring my foreskin. I do realize that I will never be able to experience what it would be like to not to have been cut at all. However, I have gained greater sensitivity by having gained foreskin to cover the glans when fully flaccid.

Before restoring it was necessary to always use additional artificial lubrication. I am able to feel my glans slipping inside my foreskin now. The pleasure response has greatly improved.

I have enough foreskin restored that when totally flaccid my glans is covered with some overhang. There are after photos posted in one of my threads.

If I had my way I would have never been cut in the first place.

Appreciate your input, will talk to the doctor. Best think would be to get my frenulum more loosen and do not cut anything, I don’t know if that is possible tho

Great input, much appreciated. As I said I would just liked to get my frenulum more loose. But there is a little scratch/fissure now. Doctors ain’t always right tho.
Maybe you needed lube since you are so big mate. You always been this thick and long? Could you post your exsperience/routines/gains?

Just to chime in on the side of circumcision, it is not a criminal act nor is it truly insane. There are reasons almost any respectable organization of doctors, including the WHO, recommend circumcision. I’m not going to get into it with any of the anti-circumcision zealots on here like I have in the past, but for the OP and anyone else reading this, just know their is a strong science-backed rationale for the practice. If you want to know the reasons feel free to PM me. Circumcision is a personal choice, do not let anyone try to scare you either way. I think you are very thoughtful and will make the best choice for you.

Almost whole europe is fine without circumcision and is as healthy or if not more then the US in penile health..
There is no legit medical reason to cut away a healthy foreskin. At least not in europe.

Cutting away a healthy foreskin from a child and robbing it from a big part of its future sexual feelings is a crime albeit not by law. In germany it was about to be forbidden 2012 but jews and muslims pressured politics to step in.

So far dicker is the only one that has posted that has had done PE and sex with and without foreskin/frenulum. His opinion outweigh the others so far. But I will just see what the doctors thinks. I would like to have it longer, but I don’t know if that surgery exists.

The article argued the case for neonatal circumcision and concluded that “with mounting evidence that male circumcision decreases viral STIs, genital ulcer disease, and penile inflammatory disorders in men, and bacterial vaginosis, T. vaginalis infection, and genital ulcer disease in their female partners, it is time for the AAP policy to fully reflect these current data”. This was supported by an editorial commentary in the same issue [Brady, 2010]. The journal also published a brochure for parents that listed health benefits and stated that risks of the procedure were minor [Moreno et al., 2010].

Even the website listed by dickerschwanz states exactly what I have said: male circumcision has valid medical benefits and should be a choice for everyone.

CIRCUMCISION: An Evidence-Based Appraisal

Why are you so happy about circumcision? Whats your involvement? What do you like about your personal circumcision?

Obviously the best way to avoid genital disease is a condom. Plain and easy.
The WHO recomendations are for countrys who have the highest AIDS risks in the world.
The disadvantages clearly outweigh the benefits in a normal country.
As said Europe is nearly free from circumcision and hasnt higher STD or AIDS numbers at all and lives that way basicly with no problems since forever.

There is zero reason in light of the disadvantages to circumcise a child for medical reasons in the US or europe.
Much of it is politicly loaded. Muslim and jewish itnerest groups influence the debate on it.
In germany it was about to be forbidden to circumcise healthy kids.
It was stopped once Jews and Muslims stepped politicly in labelling it as anti jewish/muslim.

Of course if an adult decides to stitch up his nose to avoid the influenza(millions killed by it) its his decision.

I would be pissed if adults decided to cut away my healthy foreskin as a kid robbing me from a full healthy sexual experience. (The difference is big)

If peer-reviewed articles (which he provides as pdfs on his site) are propaganda, then I guess propaganda has a completely different meaning than what I thought. To me propaganda is saying things like: circumcision robs you of a full sexual experience, without any proof.

I’ve said this previously, but maybe you missed it so I’ll say it again. I think everyone should choose for themselves whether circumcision is appropriate for them and their children. I tend to believe giant organizations of medical professionals over people’s feelings on a message board, which is where I get my opinion. But if you want my personal anecdotal evidence, I and most women I have encountered very much prefer the aesthetics of a circumcised penis. I have had a very fulfilling sex life, and I enjoy the sensations just fine.

Also, if I’m not mistaken, your foreskin was removed because it became infected? Is it not equally probable that an infection requiring surgical removal could reduce the sensitivity of your penis just as much or more than circumcision? Also, your story kind of reinforces the whole uncircumcised penises have more infections point.

Finally, contrary to what you believe is obvious, abstinence is the best way to avoid genital diseases. Which is even plainer and easier than condoms.

Well I did it with a needle and stretch magic and thats it. I only did it based on the fact that I didnt want to see a doctor. I did it three times and didnt really have any problems except for the third time it didnt break exactly how I wanted it which left a slight indent in the frenulum which is annoying I guess.

Frenuplasty IMO will just elongate it but you will still have it rather than not. Maybe a couple weeks to let it heal if you dont mind seeing a doc. Mine didnt turn out exactly how I pictured it but I am able to pull it back easier than before without any tightness.

Also maybe take into regard what dickerschwanz said about lube, spit, etc. All your life you’ve had it so why lose it now? I did it because I dont believe in circumcision and you do still retain sensation after it or at least I have.

Go see a doctor first and come back with what they said then I will give you a better answer.

I am not sure I would be as brave as Mrweenie and use a needle but there are probably many ways you can stretch your frenulum and foreskin so you have no pain and can easily fully retract for sex. Lube is a good idea. A metal glans ring may be a good tool for stretching. Try putting the glans ring back say a 1/4” behind the groove and then pull the foreskin back over the ring to the front. Get warm are erect while trying this.
