Cooling down after edging

I have been edging for 30 minutes each day to my hand. While I can last the whole 30 minutes I am freaking off the wall horny after this. I’d like to only ejaculate 2 times per month because I find my focus and drive are drained when I ejaculate.

Does anyone have any methods for cooling down this level of arousal post edging that does not include ejaculation. I’ve been trying to get dry orgasms but I can’t seem to achieve them consistently.

Hey man. I have started PE recently but I had been edging for a while. I’m by no means an expert but I can share something I’ve found that works for me. Might not work for you but it does for me.

I can cool off after 1 hour 10 minutes of edging (just had one of that by the way) by turning on my computer, checking my emails, chat inbox, organizing my work routine for the next 2 hours. Essentially, I employ mannerisms that are normally typical to my work routine, as if I was telling my body “Playtime is over, time to focus now”. I can go from ultra horny 1 hour edging to 100% cooled off in 10 minutes.

In the rare situations this is not enough I put on shoes and go running. While I run I always focus my mind on other things and I tend to lose myself in the exercise. Essentially, keep your mind off sex. That’s what works for me.
