Hi everyone. As this is my first thread would like to thank Thunder for the setting up of this site has been a real help in my first month of PE, good to see a genuinly helpful forum amongst a lot of internet rubbish.

First off ; I have a LOT of around 9. So far have deduced that this will require me to stretch my ligs for length gains. Have been doing split sessions between morning and night with 5 sets of 15 of JAI stretches (3 sets straight down, 1 left down, 1 right down) My night time routine consists of 12-15 minutes of 40-60% jelqing and 5-10 minutes of either 70-80% jelqing or jelg squeezes and then some more JAI stretches. Have been doing 2-3 days on 1 day off as am very aware of safety.

My aim is primarily for length to start with and then to swap to girth after having attained goal. I have been jelqing for around 4 weeks ; is this to early for DLD Blasters and the quite painful sounding DLD Bundled Blasters!?

Is this routine OK? Not sure whether I am doing enough? Any help would be great,

Welcome to the forum.

I think your routine sounds pretty good as it is. Are you doing warmups? If not and you can manage them, it would be a good idea to do so. Also, PC exercises could be added.

Maybe stick with this routine for another month and then examine your routine again to decide if it is time to move on to the more advanced exercises. Kinda like building the foundation first, then building the walls, works better that way. :)

The man himself, feel honoured! Am very impressed with the site and even more impressed that you started it up of your own back, will be making a visit to Paypal when graduated and have got a job!

Am doing warm ups and warm downs using warm water from shower (around 3-4 minutes) - This is for convenience in the morning as do not always have a lot of time. Is this effective? Am doing mild PC exercises for the moment as have read that an over strong PC muscle can hinder length gains?

Your current routine sounds great. Like Thunder said, give it another month and then evaluate. By then, your dick will be conditioned enough to handle more advanced exercises.

I’ve heard DLD recommend Blasters for any level of PE experience, but I think you’re on the right track with your current routine.

And it’s never too early to start working your PC muscle. The more you work your PC, the more aware you are going to be of it during your stretching, and you’ll be able to control it. This will help during stretching exercises like JAIs and Blasters. The more relaxed the PC, the better the stretch. So, it’s good for control reasons.

The shower is fine for a warmup if you don’t have other options. Maybe start your routine at half intensity for the first couple of minutes or so, to help with the warmup.

You don’t have to go overboard with the PC exercises, but as SS said they will help you to control your PC better when you need to.

We all (well most of us anyway) were that way at first JC. Best to just post and get it over with. Sometimes a guy will post something and get a reply that is kind of harse, but that is not personal, more of a reflection of the topic really.

Tried to do as much research first, as not to waste others time. Have all ready recommended this site to a few of my mates but (ha ha) they all claimed there was no need and took the piss (their loss I reckon)! Like i care! Don’t count on your friends not taking your recommendation to visit this site. More than likely, they put on the traditional male bravado of “I don’t need that” and later went to their computers to log in to Thundersplace as guests. When push comes to shove and no matter how big they may claim they are, I don’t think there’s a guy out there who wouldn’t want a bigger dick. We have huge guys on this site who still search for the holy PE Grail! And you’re right about another observation, if nothing else PE has made my dick the healthiest it’s ever been!

There was a glint of interest and an inquisitive look from a few before the male bravado kicked in, LOL! Over the years I have been a regular member of my local gym, play sport and like keeping fit. I merely see PE as an extension of my gym workout. In my eyes it is just another ‘muscle’ group. They may laugh at the process but certainly would not laugh at the results! I’ll keep on at them though as there my mates and would feel guilty for keeping this gem of a site to myself! I am a self confessed self improver!

All it may take to convince them is a few months of you doing PE and their surprised looks in the locker room or showers when they see you au naturel and the “big” proof that PE works. Then they’ll probably rag on you even more for not convincing them sooner.

Actually, that’s how one of my friends were.. I sent him a link to this site and said “I’m going to start doing this” His response was something like “Why do you have a little one or something?” I said, “Tell me a guy who doesn’t want a bigger dick.”

Now, he checks out this site and I believe he does a few exercises :)
