I heard the l-arginine, vitamin and other mineral material that PE process needs, WASTED by masturbation.

I heard it makes you blind too.

You can hear a lot of things, but hunglikeagerbil is obviously joking here. Ejaculating while edging is considered less effective than edging without ejaculating, but both are fine. Your EQ and PIs are more important than either indicator. I wouldn’t worry about it, though edging and avoiding an ejaculation also improves your erection control and possibly your sexual performance because of it.
