Manual Stretch ———— 20min (60 seconds each) ((up, down,left,right,straight) x 4)
BTC Stretch ——— 5min (60 seconds each)
V stretch ——— 5min (60 seconds each)
Heli Stretch —— 5min (60 seconds each)
Warm down(optional) — — —— 2min
TOTAL: 52 minutes
FOR GIRTH: (3 ON / 1 OFF)
Warm up —— 5min
Manual Stretch — — 10min (60 seconds each) ((up, down,left,right,straight) x 2)
Dry Jelq — 15min (300 jelqs, 3 seconds each)
Modified Jelq —— 30min (60 modified jelqs, 30 seconds each)
Warm down — 2min
TOTAL: 62 minutes
-Planning to start Clamping in 3 months.
-Will be starting Penimaster Pro or Vac Extender4 in 3 months.
-Will start hanging in 6 months.
I am currently 7” x 5” and am planning to reach 8” x 6” in 6 months combined with the current natural growth I have with my body due to my age. (18 and still growing). Hopefully after in 12 months with proper clamping, hanging, intense manual exercises and extender usage I hope to achieve 9.5” x 6.5”.
