Describe the routine
I have a question.. This is to be the first rotine to be used
Newbie Routine
But I don’t understand very well what is asked in that routine could some one explain me in what consists each exercice:
5 min hot wrap
5 min manual stretch (ten 30-second stretches)
10 min of jelq (two hundred 3-second strokes)
5 min hot wrap
50 kegels of five second holds each
I would be very grateful if someone could explain me very simple in what consists each exercice
