Difficult To Do BTC Privately
Just a quick intro:. I’ve done PE on and off for 5-6 years now but not consistent enough to see gains. I originally did manual, then Sizegenetics extender, and now I use my bathmate.
I just started using a VacHanger3 and Xleeve ADS and my bathmate still.
Bathmate in the shower in the morning for general health/blood flow. Not actively working on girth.
Xleeve ADS all day as much as possible with anywhere from 9oz, 14oz, or 23oz of weights hanging.
Vachanger 3-4 20 min sets nightly starting at 2.5lbs.
My question is that BTC seems to be the best for lig stretching, but I find it hard to do it privately. I can do SD privately with blankets, but sitting on the edge of of my chair makes my ass very sore.
Would I be better off doing SO or OTS for comfort? I wanna do SD or BTC but comfort seems to be most important to me right now.
