DIY Vacuum Hanger?

Did anyone build a vacuum hanger with on of those Phallosan clones (see attachment)? Would the construction be stable enough? Thought about using a carabiner and cord/chain in some weight plates. Saw that they sell a similar construction but it still looks fragile to me.

It may depend on where you got the clones. I’ve read other’s reports that the chinese knock offs are thin and don’t last. I have no first hand knowledge.
