Pretty sure the videos should have the A stretch. DLD Blasters are basically a set of 50 regular kegels, perform an A stretch over a fulcrum (I used a “waste arm” piece of pipe and do a reverse kegel during the power stroke of the stretch and hold it for 10 seconds.
A fulcrum stretch is just pulling yoir penis over an object at an angle. Easiest way is to put a pole across your thighs close to your penis, pull your penis away from your body then, while holding that tension, pull it down over your pole that is across your thighs.
