Do I stop manual techniques?
At what point do I come to the conclusion that manual work is just not going to cut it for me?
Lately, I have been focusing a lot on reading about hanging, clamping, pumping, etc. Of the three, I have only attempted pumping, but my pump broke only 4 days into my training. I’ll outline my training thus far below:
June, 2009: discovered Thunders and the newbie routine but registration was closed.
June, 2009: began Newbie routine. For 4 weeks, I stretched for 10 minutes and jelqed for another 10 minutes. 2 on, 1 off
July, 2009: Amped up the newbie routine a little bit when I wasn’t seeing results: Jumped both up to 15 minutes each. 5 on, 2 off
August, 2009: Amped up to 20 minutes each after seeing no gains. Did this for 2 weeks. 5 on 2 off. Then I had an operation which stopped all PE.
Late September, 2009: Recovered and back to work. Started out slow for 10 days with 10 minutes of stretching and 10 minutes of jelqing. 2 on 1 off
October - November, 2009: Back up to 20 minutes of stretching (now focused on fulcrum stretching). Jelqed for 20 minutes as well. 5 on 2 off.
December 2009: Cut back for fear that I wasn’t gaining because of overtraining. Cut everything back to 10 minutes each. I also pumped for 4 sessions.
January, 2010 - present: Just jelqing and stretching for 15 minutes each on a daily basis (resting only when inconvenienced or necessary)
I always did a warmup and warmdown. Incorporated edging when I remembered. I stretched lightly at first but slowly increased intensity. Jelqing grips and pressure fluctuated, usually between medium and firm if that makes sense. Indicators have always been relatively positive. No real bouts of negativity to note. I hope I included all necessary details.
I haven’t gained much, if anything. At best, I have put on about 1/16” in length and maybe 1/16” in girth and these are only on particular good erection days. I don’t think I can accurately credit myself with any gains.
Thanks for any and all help guys!
