Dorsal vein

Dorsal vein

Hey all, I have been peing for a month so far, and I have noticed this dorsal vein for the last couple weeks. I have noticed while stretching when I stretch downward I actually feel this vein stretch inside my pelvis. I feel this stretch when I stand straight up and stretch my unit but when I lean forward and stretch, I no longer feel the stretch (slight pain) associated with this vein. My question is should I be focusing on stretching the internal part of this vein or avoiding it? This vein has always been the biggest vein in my unit and is getting bigger/thicker which I don’t see a problem with but thought I would add this extra info just in case.

It’s more likely that you are feeling the ligaments stretching than the dorsal vein.

In that case, I should be targeting this stretch? I thought it was the vein because I followed it with my hands into the general area where I feel the stretch.

Most folk find that concentrating 60+ % of their stretching time on the straight down (pointing south) angle gives the best results as it targets the ligaments that are tightest.

Okay, thanks for the advice firegoat! While I have your attention I have a couple more questions I would like addressed. I have read about spotting on the glans, and the views on it but I have been getting them on my shaft. I am assuming that I just need to let it heal and go lighter next time, perhaps a lower erection level (currently I am using about 60-70%, when it gets lower then that the top 75% of the erection is fairly full and the base, while expanded, doesn’t feel like it has much blood volume in it, I am worried about the baseball bat effect.) My second question is about jelqing specifically. When jelqing am I supposed to let go of the “OK” grip when I reach the glans or am I meant to follow through? Thanks in advance!

You have answered the first part of your question. 60, even 70% is OK, but you may need to grip less forcefully and create less peak pressure. The second question - yes, (assuming wet jelqs), let go of the OK grip just before the glans, but your lower hand should already be in position at the base of your shaft before you release the top hand - kegel some more blood in if you need to, tighten the lower hand OK grip, and continue with that up to just below the glans and repeat.
